Metaframe 1.1 for Solaris Must Be Restarted Every 1-2 Weeks

Hello,

We are running Metaframe 1.1 for Solaris 7 and have encountered the following problem:

at least once every 1 or 2 weeks users cannot log on to an ICA session so we must stop the citrix server processes (/etc/rc2.d/S99ctxsrv stop) , wait 15 minutes , and then restart it.


Is this a known problem others have had and if so, is there a fix or patch I can apply?

I have never seen this happen - have you set up error logging?

I have a Solaris farm that has been ticking away for a few months without reboots (unlike any of my Windows farms!).

I'll have a search around my contacts to see if anyone else has seen this.
