MetaFrame 1.1 Feature Release for Unix installation problem

Aftering installing MF 1.1 for unix and add and activate the license, I try to install the feature release 1.1 on the same machine, but got the following errors:

ERROR: content verification of </opt/CTXSmf/sbin/ctxsrv> failed
file cksum <54512> expected <13093> actual


I was able to install that on another server running similar application. Both machine are Solaris 8.

Any ideas?
