Metabase.bin and W3svc Could not be found after re-install of IIS 5

W3svc was not responding and was down......, When I tried to restart the
w3svc, it gave me an error saying "object already exists"
I have rebooted machine in safemode and uninstall IIS 5.0
and Reinstalled IIS 5.0.
Installation was complete and succesfull, but I could not find
metabase.bin
file installed and also I dont see W3svc in services.

Thanks In Advance for the help.
