Hello people, I need someone's help, I need a meta tag or script to avoid and redirected link , I give you my exemple,

I have (1)

http://www.mydomain.com/no/index.asp

which is submitted on search engines, but I 've redirected it to
(2)

http://www.mydomain.com/yes/index.asp,

the problem is that in search engines it appear my site as (1) and I can't delete (1) beacause it must be online to redirect the page to (2).

The search engines take (1) as a default page, but I want that it appear as (2) or simply

http://www.mydomain.com

somebody can help me.???

If you are submitting no/index.asp to the search engines they will pick that up. Submit yes/index.asp to the search engines.

How are you re-directing now?

Thanks to reply me,
I've submitted two or three times my new site, go to yahoo.be and write Charleroi Sports Loisirs you will see as first page

http://www.charleroi-sportsloisirs.be/Mairie/Index.asp

and it has a redirection to

http://www.charleroi-sportsloisirs.be/Ville/Index.asp

my problem is that Charleroi major authorities don't like ../maire/ because this word mean (attached to France and charleroi is a city from Belgium) so is annoying for them make that kind of mistake.

ok, so I wish you to help me because the site is on line since three month ago, and they want to change it url now, for that reason I prefered to make a redirect url instead of change all links, because it is a web page that gather othe web pages from sports clubs and association from that city.

You just need to start to submit the new URL. It takes time to get listed in the search engines & it even takes more time usually to get the URL changed. (Unless you pay them.)
