Meta-Tags - I need your opinions 2

Hi everyone,

I want to use the following meta-tags on my site.
Are these a good basic group of tags to have on a site?

Am I missing any important meta-tags?
I'm just looking for a set of standard tags.

Well Jenny,

That kinda dependents on your site. My own (personal) site
is VERY static, so i dont use revisit-after for example. Look on my site under the &quot;My own programs&quot; section. Take
a look at the top one. It's a meta tag generator I wrote. Although it does have allot of extra functions build-in, which is why I called it the Head Tag Generator. It's TOTALLY free to use !!!

its a very old version of the generator, new version is much
better.

As far as I remember, <meta name=&quot;robots&quot; content=&quot;all&quot;> is default, so you don't need to add it.

It is also useful sometims to specify a charset:
<META HTTP-EQUIV=&quot;Content-Type&quot; CONTENT=&quot;text/html; charset= . . .&quot;>
