Can a voicemail message in a users mail box be transferred to another voicemail box? i.e. User at ext 12 gets a vm message that should be answered by user at ext 13. CAN and HOW does user 12 transfer that message to user 13 voicemail?

Yes you can. After you listen to the message you will get a promt "to forward the message press 1". Press 1 and it will let you select the mailbox that you want to send it to.
