I followed the steps by the microsoft knowledge database to configure Microsoft Messenger in a ISA SErver, i created the rule and the filtering but still doesn't work.... what can i do???

Yes, I did exactly the same thing, and I am having the same problem, what is on the microsoft site does not work. Can anyone HELP us....
