Messed up playing with "Star" codes

Hi,

I am an IT admin - trying to do my best with a Merlin Legend 3.1 ver.2.0.

I followed instructions on this board to find out the softwre version by pressing speaker button, then *05.

Thought I'd get our Merlin Mail version if I do the same with *09. Apparently not.

Now the voicemail light on my MLX-10D is permanently lit (even though no new voice mails).

How can I reset it?

Appreciate the help and wealth of advice posted on this forum for newbies like me.

Press the Menu Button under the display, then Msgs, then Delete.
