Messanger Service way to many messages.

Hi all: I am getting hit by all the viruses that are plaging everybody. I am stopping them all with my Anti-Virus setup. But the AV software uses W2K messenger service to notify me of the latest attempt. I am being floded by theses messages. I have stopped the software from sending any more but it looks like I have 3 days of messages in the Que. How do I clear that que?
