Where is the program located that shows all the users logged in and allows you to send them messages?

I believe it is monitor.

Are you going to do from the Console? Or do it remote from a workstation?

If the Monitor module isn't loaded at your server, you can type at the prompt load monitor and press return.

In the menu selection it should show the Netware monitor.
This uses some resources so you might want to exit it when you are finished.

In there is an option called Connections. This should show all logged in connections, even networked printers, faxes, backup queues and and stuff. You can send an individual message, or

You can type at the prompt at the server:
Broadcast "put message here" (start and end with quotes) and it will broadcast a Novell pop up screen on the monitors of users logged in. (If they are using the Netware client and not Microsoft.)

You can also (with Novell client32 installed) on your pc open Network Neighborhood>right-click on a NetWare server, choose send message. From there you can send to either users or groups.

Cheers,

Mark ;-)
