Messaging to Win2K Workgroup

Our Workgroup has a bunch of Win2K machines plus one running SCO OpenServer.
Can anyone suggest a way of sending a WinPopup-type message to a user on the Windoze LAN from the SCO machine? I don't know if there's a messaging service built into SCO. (I'd actually want this to run as part of a UPS shutdown routine).
