Messaging Server 3.x: Configuration of SMTP-accept port number

In order to change the SMTP-accept port under netscape messaging server 3.x, a file called dbmod.sun is required.
Does anyone know where I can download it. It is not available from the netscape site anymore.

Alternatively, if anyone has another idea for modifying the file SMTP-Accept, it would also be appreciated.
