I've previously used MRM in EX2007 to remove Deleted Items > 14 days old.
I've now been asked to remove calendar items earlier than 01/01/2009 in EX2010.
In EX2003 this would have been a piece of cake for non-recurring items at least but the way I'm reading MRM docs for this is that I can only tag stuff going forward.
i.e. If I set a retention time of 625 days or something then the first run will tag existing items as Day 0 and I'd then have to wait for a couple of years for them to expire.
I vaguely recollect this for the deleted items but wasn't sure if it would also apply to calendar items.
Anyone know?
