does anyone know how to default a messaging password? i am tired of paying avaya.

Hi lvfcinc,
Is this for a user mailbox, or the admin mailbox? If it's the admin password the customer needs to write the darn thing down. If an employee keeps changing it this could be a legal situation. But you still need to involve Avaya for this.
Sorry but the Avaya backdoor is a security issue.
