Messaging Delay issue

I have a 4.0 Messaging that has a bad (5-7 sec) delay when deleting messages. I listen to a message and press *3 then have to wait forever before it says deleted. Any Ideas, I already replaced the Messaging twice so I don't think that is the issue.

Did you replace the Messaging module only - or both the Messaging module AND the hard drive?? It sounds like there may be some corruption of the software on the hard drive of your messaging unit.
