Messaging Bilingual Activation

I have set the system to bilingual mode and both english and spanish auto-attendants have been recorded. The english prompt plays when the vm answers. What is the selector code in the english prompt takes you to the spanish prompt? Is this even a selector code issue? I can't find how to get to the spanish prompt anywhere.

try having people pressing *1 to get to the spanish menu.
