Messages to hotmail remain in queue

Hello everybody!

I'm running Exchange 2003 SP1 on Windows 2003 Server with Symantec Mail Security for Exchange.
I consistently get emails directed to hotmail sit in queue in retry status.
I frequently force the connection and a couple of msgs may go thru, but most
remain in queue as the status goes from active right back to retry. Mindful, hotmail is the only domain I'm having problems with.

My guess is that your public IP does not resolve back to you with an RDNS lookup.

Hotmail looks for
1: revDNS entry for your mail server
2: SPF record for your domain
