I have about 100 users who POP3 into my Exchange server to pick up mail.
Occasionally they can't get mail. When they go into OWA they can send, receive etc no problem.
I tell them that one of their messages is corrupt and that they have to delete messages until the mail starts flowing again.
I am thinking it is my Puremessage antivirus/spam catcher scanner that may be corrupting the messages.
Is there any way to troubleshoot this faster and better - be able to identify the offending message?
