Messages not showing up in Outlook

We have CallPilot set up on all of our computers/phones. On two of our phones, the faxes and voicemail show up, but they are not transferred over into Call Pilot in Outlook. What step am I missing when I set this up?

Is the CallPilot Client loaded on their computer correctly? Verify that they are setup for Unified MSG in their CP, their personal voice mailbox.

In call pilot manager, you can set up the message forwarding rule for each user.


In MyCall Pilot, each user will need to enable their message forwarding rule.
