I have one user that is not seeing inbox messages in their OWA inbox.
There are very few configurable options that I can see in OWA, and the 'view' setting is set to 'messages'. But no matter what the setting, it still shows nothing. Every other user has full display. I'm lost, any suggestions?

Does it show the mail in Outlook?

They should show the same. Do the other folders work fine? Dan

Yes, everything is fine in Outlook, and all other folders seem to be displaying OK. I'm sure this guy has changed a setting somewhere (has a history of shooting himself in the foot), but I cannot find it.

Try checking the delivery settings in Mail option from control panel (if apply to your case)

I have this same problem but I beleive that it is the auto-archive setting. I have to test it again to be sure. I am very new to Exchange 2000. I just have a test environment right now. I am not sure how to set the server or client to keep the mail on the client vs the server. Can this be set to keeping the mail on the server for 7 days and then dropping it on the client? That way they could use OWA for recent mail.

try checking if you are using a proxy that cannot understand the OWA webDAV extensions had the same problem and bypassing the server fixed it

Problem fixed, thanks Bitcrawler. The guy had reset his mail settings in control panel to deliver new mail to his personal folders instead of his inbox.
