Messages Missing after restore

After i restore from a backup Users are able to open e-mails but are unable to see the body of the message or attachments that go with the message. I have ran the Analize/Fix Databases from the Console one program. If this was just one user i would say to deal, but i am having this problem on 10+ users. Any Ideas?

do a top down rebiuld on the groupwise system, this is actualy novells best practice to do a top down rebuild once a month.
