Messages Lost

Have a customer that has a Partner ACS R.7 with Partner Messaging R.7 and one of the users lost all their messages from their mailbox. Some of the messages were upto 6 months old and I was wondering if there was a shelf life for listened to messages. Any help would be greatly appretiated.

No. Some systems can be set to automatically delete messages over a certain age but not the Partner Messaging.

My opinion is, since this happened only once and to only one mailbox, someone deleted them.

If the password for the box is still set to default password, I see hbiss answer and raise it with a hell yeah!
