Messages Icon in Softconsole

Hi all,

have a site with IPO406V2 running 4.1.15 with Softconsole (4.1.20). The messages icon in the bottom right corner now shows an open envelope and no longer shows the number of new messages. Client can still access group messages from the reception handset (softconsole is associated with this handset and same extn)

I've uninstalled and re-installed, also installed softconsole on a completely separate PC and same problem.

Any clues?
