I have an issue that is troubling me, My users are unable to receive a message from a gmail account unless it is a reply from a previous email. What haoppens is if someone@gmail.com initiates an email is is received by my SMTP Gateway and the routed to exchange, where is never shows up in the users mailbox. Gmail appears to be the primary domain they are coming from, all other email domains Ive tested have worked, does anyone have any ideas as to what to check next.
