Messages for a single user are "Undetermined"

We are running MailSweeper for SMTP V4.3. We have a problem where messages to a single user are being quarantined as "Undetermined". If message is also copied to another user on same system, message is passed as "Clean".

Analysis of quarantined mail shows that "The Compressed RTF data is corrupt".

Why should this only affect one user?

Steill do not have an answer to this problem and it is still happening. Can anyone help?

It sounds to me like there is something in that user's email address that contains a reserved character or word which in turn is confusing the MIMEsweeper. And when it gets confused, things are classified 'undetermined'. Try creating another email account for same user w/o the same format, i.e., if the name is Marcus O'Reilly (made up name!) and you currently have his email as mo'reilly@abc.com,* then try moreilly or marcusor, etc.

Does it still get undetermined mail? If so, have you set any special restrictions or rules on this user? *Note that this gets confused even in this post!!
