messages disappear in the handheld

when moved in Outlook from Inbox to a subfolder of the latter. After reconcile in handheld, going into folder and as soon as opening the subfolder, message appear for like half a scond and then disappear. Any ideas?

From your messagebox check the "Hide Filed Messages" setting under General options.
