Messages being sent many times to users

I'm having a problem with some mail messages coming from outside e-mail addresses to my users are sometimes being sent 45-70 times to the user. There appears to be no rhyme or reason to this and it just eventually stops sending on it's own. Has anyone else had this problem?

Do you have a virus scanner running on your GroupWise Server? david e

Oh yes. One is running all the time. It is also very up to date.

Take a look at this TID from Novell. Don't know if it is particular to your situation but it sounds the same.....
