We are using MQSeries 5.3 (with fixpack 3) and Websphere 4.04 and have a following problem:
We have several message listeners (using JMS) listening to the MQSeries queue, and most of time everything works fine. However, sometimes when the load of the queue grows significantly, some of the messages are ignored by the listener (or at least it looks like this is the case). This happens especially when several messages arrive in the queue almost simultaneously.
We have done thorough evaluation of our application code, and this far haven't found any potential problems there. Has anyone had similar experiences? Any ideas on what might cause this behaviour are greatly appreciated.
