Hi, Equipment is OPT61 Rel.26. Call Pilot ver. 1.7.9.12
The user is receiving voice messages late. Example, User checks voice mail at 4pm all messages accounted for. Next morning checks voice mail and there are messages that have the time/date stamp of 3pm and 3:30pm of the previous day.
User should have heard these messages at 4pm the previous day.
What causes the voice mail system to delay the message?
It’s only is happening to this one user.
The users box is only 10% full.
