Message Won't Delete IP Office 500

HI,

One of our users listens to messages every morning, takes any relevant customer info and then deletes the message, clearing out the mailbox for the next day. One message is being stubborn and will not delete and still appears as a new message - any ideas on how to get rid of it? We can delete newer messages that have come in on subsequent days and delete those ok but this one just sits there and won't delete.

There are a few ways depending on VM type (Embedded/Lite/Pro) and also your proficiency level with the kit

The VM type is pro - As for proficiency, not great as I am new to the system, so advice very welcome at this and probably many other stages.. thanks

Got it deleted. As it was the only message left in the group - the 'clear mailbox' option did the trick.
