Message when Sending / Receiving mail

When Sending / Receiving mail, I get the following message:

Could not open the file c:\windows\TEMP\rrb013.tmp for reading
cause: no such file or directory exists. (2)


What does this mean, and what can I do to get rid of this annoyance?
