message waiting receiver ...

I've got another quick question... I set up a VM box as the overflow for a group. It works, and I set the message waiting receiver to one of the extentions in the group. I was thinking that if I then left a message, the light on that phone would lumintate. It doesn't seem to work that way. Is there something else I need to do to make it work?

You didnt' say what kind of mail... on my Merlin Legend Messaging I had to tell Messaging that there was a physical phone for the group before it would send the 'turn on light' request.
