Message waiting, no message waiting indicator though..

7208 had messages in the Norstar Voicemail MBox(new messages), but the user had no indicator on the display.....

We tried F981, password, option 8, option 6, at which point enable message indicator and times for display
We tried F983 Mailbox admin set MBOX to MSG indicate yes
We deleted MBOX remade it nuttin happened

Any help!!!

We just answered our own question we forced time and date 'static time' F#806 fixes the problem thank you very much for ur help!!!!! DOH!!
