Does IP Office have "aut-msg-wt" like on a Definity? I have 2 general voice mail that I want to light on 1 phone. I can not find this feature on the IP Office. Please help.

If I’m reading this correctly you need to indication to 2 different hunt group mail boxes to one phone….

If this is the case under the user/source numbers add in H followed by the hunt group name e.g. ‘HMain’

When a message is left in the groups it will be indicated to the terminal you set up with a source number

Unfortunately the only way to do this real slick like the definity can (with different buttons lighting for different MB's having messages) is with the dorky campaign feature. You assign a park slot to each campaign, and the put park buttons on the phone. Each one lights up when there are messages left for that campaign.

Of course then you have to work with campagaigns. Ick. :)

You can display what turned on the message light by pressing menu menu msgs. It will indicate what turned on your message light.

Using the method TLDuk mentioned will work with the following execption. Your message light turns on, you press *17 and retreive your messgaes. However your message light stays on. You then need to check, using menu menu msgs to see if it a hunt group message. Or you could assume (might be a bad assumption) that any light left on after messages have been listened to is from a hunt group.
