Message Waiting Light

Is there a way for me to turn the message waiting light off remotely through programming? I had a customer requested to delete a mailbox on one extension. I've already deleted the mailbox but I forgot to use mik/mck to turn off the light.

Recreat the mail box than mik/mck to turn off the light.
Than out the mail box again.

I'm not sure if you can do it with MM but with Octel you can run message light refresh.

Customer actually have octel voicemail.

Sorry. After building the box you can dial in just like any user and check the mail box, after checking box it should reset lamp. If not leave a message first and then call back in and then it should reset the lamp. than out the box again.
