Message Waiting Light Wont Go Off 1

We have one extention where the message waiting light is stuck on. Can anyone advise how to turn it off?

I went into system maint and reset all MWI but nothing changed.

Goto the phone it is stuck on, hit menu and goto msg's, it is possible that someone posted a message on it. just delete it and the light should go off. if that isn't the case than *#53 should clear it.
