Possible general m/b owner? You could do a print of Calling Group and loof for those two extension under Message waiting extension. This would be the first place I would check.
you can also manually turn the message waiting light off for those phones if you know they have no new messages. If they are MLX Display phones: Press Menu, then msgs, then delete. This will delete the message waiting light, not any messages in their mailbox. I have seen instances where message waiting lights are stuck "on" and by manually turning them off, it solves the issue.
The Intuity only trys to turn on or off, the light once. If for some reason that isn't completed, then the light will stay on till U manually turn it off using the methods mentioned above. Some of the audits of the Intuity will set the lights correctly according to the status of the mailbox, but it slows the Intuity down measureable.
Just wondering if you knew what audits would do this. Also, do these audits only turn lights on that need to be, or does it also turn off the lights of those without voicemail? Another question, does the #*53 then extension work on any Legend/Magix version? I tried having a customer do this once and they said they got a waive off tone?
