Message waiting light is on every morning on one phone without message

Hi,

Need help on a Call Manager 6.1 with Unity 5. I have a phone that the message light go on even without message. User noticed that every morning message light is on but without new messages, if somebody leave message and user delete/checked/save it light will turn off.
