Greetings,

I have agent log-in id's with voice mail, and I wanted the message waiting lamp to light when there are messages in that mailbox. I changed the system par features, page 11, Message Waiting Lamp Indicates Status For: loginID

The lights are still not going on, am I missing something?

Thanks,

Cathy

Did you add the proper settings for LWC on the agent form?

CL

Is the only field I need to set the: AUDIX Name for Messaging: audix?

Cathy

You need to set the same LWC reception, and audix/server name option as you would normally set for a regular station. You need to do the same for the agent ID and the actual phones.

estallin: they are 6416 sets, but thanks.

CL: The lwc reception field was set to spe instead of audix. Thanks for the help, I appreciate it.
