Message waiting light dosn't work on ACD phones. 1

Hi!

We have a phantom TN with voicemail for our helpdesk group. I configured on Call Pilot the internal extensions of the helpdesk ACD's phones to MWI DN but it dosn't work. It works non ACD's phones. The ACD's phones are whith CLS: mwa, are (2616 model). i verified the Nortel documentation about ACD and LD 11 and dosn't say it can't be done on ACD phones. It could be or not?

Nortel DOC suggest SCR keys for personal lines on ACD phones for MWA to work correctly,

You can get away with MCR keys but you will need to setup a extended message waiting key.....

you need to xmwk key on the set and LMPX in the cls to get the light.

key 11 XMWK 3353 7700

11 XMWK 3353 (VM pilot #) 7700 (EXT)

Yes, I had try all that before this thread but still dosn't work, the PBX dosn't allow SCR DN key of a phantom DN and dosn't allow me to program the xmwk of this phantom TN to. Error sch6391, sch6393.

The thing is that the MWI works fine with no ACD phones it works with my (3904) and it's working already with an analog ext. in the Helpdesk room so I think is something with the ACD configuration on a set. I had try all Xmwk, Rmwk, Mwa, Lmpx and for some reason dosn't work.

As ACE would say, post the TNB of a set that does not work.

Bigindian65, You are write,the thing was that te DN that I was trying was configured on an i2050 softfone and that was the case, I removed the DN from the i2050 and it's working.
