Message Waiting Lamp

Hi Guys,

Mitel 3300 Cxi Rls 9

I cant seem to get the Message Waiting Lamp to show when a Mailbox has a message in it. It calls the phone once (from the V/mail system)when a message is left on the Mailbox but dosent light the Lamp.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Have you set the COS correctly to all VM ports?

Are all VM ports entered as members of the huntgroup?

Did you program the feature codes for the message waiting lamp? There is no feature code programmed by default.
