Customer called and said message waiting is not working on one of his extensions. I checked to make sure message waiting was set to yes in Call Pilot programming, I had him swap phones as well. Is there something else I should be checking? If not, I'm thinking the port needs to be changed. Any insight is greatly appreciated. System is a MICS 6.1 with a Call Pilot 100 3.0

Was it working before? What is the model of the phone he is using?

It was working before, however, the user switched offices and they use the set relocation tool, so his extension is the same, but the port is different. They are using T7316E phones.

Can you move it back and test or delete and then rebuild the mailbox? When you use set relocation sometimes the B2 channels get screwed up and I know the CP uses those DN's also for communications with the phones. Each ext has a B1 and B2 DN.

Double check some programming not lost.

1 - verify the actual ext/DN # at the phone using F*0 INTERCOM
2 - verify in admin (Mailbox/Change) that the ext/DN matches under the EXT: DN matched the actual DN of the set.

Might be a port issue, maybe a reboot of both systems might fix it.
