Message Waiting issue with an LSP site

Currently have two sites

London = s8700 + MM (with Avaya Message Store)

Canada = LSP off London + MM (with Avaya Message Store)

All aspects of voicemail for Canadian users is fine except message waiting. It will not turn on or off. What changes will I need to ensure on the London system for MWi to work?

Are you useing T-1 Qsig for the ports and MWI?

On the system that does not work do you ever see the MWI in the OHV in live mode?

how many MAS's are on the system and where is the mailbox monitor and MWI service running. I have seen a problem like this and all was programed right but we restarted all of the MAS's and it started working. Also how many users and how large is the MWI data base?
