Message Waiting and Unified Messaging 1

Customer has a BCM400 4.0 that has been in for about 3 weeks. The problem occurs on only 1 phone that we know of. When a voicemail is left it will display Message For You for a few seconds and then go off. The same thing for the phone icon for Unified Messaging. I am going to reinstall Unified Messaging to see if this fixes it. Nothing that I have done so far has helped. Has anyone seen this before?

It took me a long time to figure this one out. I bet the user has a wireless keyboard and the keyboard is programmed to check for new e-mail messages.

It's not the UM it's the PC's e-mail reading payne has to not not mark as read,or it has a google tool bar,sometimes it will scan e-mails. Also have seen monitoring software will do this.
