i need to find out the volume of data going through a postoffice each day - i can get the massage number via trhge portal but i need thye mb's

how can i do this

i cannot but any additional software.

i know that verbose logging gioves the byte size
can monitor do this - will i need to parse the log or can i get this another way

if it is a parser that is required - is one available
