Hey, hope someone can help out with this one.
Our users ahve been having problems sending email outside of our org. They will send a message and 2-3 days later get a bounce back message saying message undeliverable becuase of too many hops. We have not made any additions or changes to our configuration so I cannot think of why this would be coming up now, but if anyone can give me some helpful tips on what I should look at that would be very helpful.
