has been rejected; it did not originate from a Notes domain.

I forwarded one of my enduser's Notes mail to his MSN account...And now, when I send him a test from our Notes domain, this is the message I get from our Notes server...

I have his mail forwarded to his MSN account, so what have I done wrong? He is traveling out of town tomorrow, so I won't have his laptop to see exactly what's not right in his configuration. I had him set up a Server Connection docuement, but that's not working for him....I have since sent him "tests" to see if he's getting mail from me...And by looking at the Notes log, I can see that he's not....Gaahhh! Please help if you can...This is not a good time for me to get fired...You should also know that he has another email addy from our other Notes server within a different domain, which was forwarded to our present Notes server, which is also in a different domain and NOW, I'm forwarding the latest of that to his MSN account....Gawd, I hope I said that right....Lemme know if you need more clarification....But I need to know how to resolve this, and SOON....I can't find the posts on this board that talk about this, because the search engine is down....

Please help, and TIA!

Fundamental question - why aren't you using Web Access to Notes, so the customers can get to their Notes mail from anywhere with an internet connection? That way you don't forward anything anywhere. Fred Wagner
