I am trying to track a message out of my Exchange Organisation which I know transfered out to Mailsweeper via a Routing Group using an IP Address in square brackets. When the message tracking information comes back I can see the following stages:
Message received from <int server name> through x400
SMTP Store driver: message submitted from store
SMTP: Message submitted to advanced queuing
SMTP: Started message submission to caregorizer
SMTP: Message categorized and queued for routing
SMTP: Message routed and queued for remote delivery
SMTP: Start outbound transfer of message
Then I get a POPUP WINDOW CONTAINING the following error:
"The object ‘Warning:’ in the message tracking logs can't be found in the directory”
CLICK OK
Message transferred to Warning: through SMTP
It used to tell me it was routed out. We have service packed Windows 2003 to SP1 and installed the OWA hotfix to the backend cluster servers. Can't find out why the error has started to occur and if it is related to upgrades or not.
Anyone seen this before or even sorted out the issue?
