With my current config of outlook I have message tracking enabled. The problem I have is that for the tracking to be enabled I have to open both the delivery and read notifications. Does anybody know of an easier way?

A article I read the other day mentioned a activities tab but I am unable to locate this tab. Any thoughts?

are you trying to track emails sent from within a company or to external users? ________________________________________

This will only be for emails within the company. But if there is a way to do this for external emails it would be usefull.

I hv one question related to this topic. If I receive a mail message with read receipt from a person in the same organisation, Can I cancel this read receipt notification so that that person won't get the receipt at all?

In the menu: tools->options->Preferences->Email-options-> Tracking options, you can specify to never send a responce.

Can you do this for individual emails or do it have to be applied to all emails that you get? ________________________________________

To answer FUBAR911's original question...no there is not an easier way in Outlook at this point. The Message Tracking is not an intuitive tool but more of a dummy table that just records the read receipt when you have processed it. joegz
