Message Tracking in Exch Server 5.5

Hi,

I am trying to trace a message that never arrived into me but it did pass through another server on the way to mine and then disappeared. Can anybody tell me how to use the message tracker in Exch 5.5 please? I have never had reason to use it before.

I believe message tracking can only track after it has been activated in which case you can't do it for emails that already gone.
